        Rated 5 out of 5�by Awesome I have a total of 2 of these phones. One is hard wired for both lines and the other device I received yesterday is wireless. I am with Comcast Business full featured digital phone service. The phone works excellent so I decided to order another today. I have noticed line 1, when I call a 800 number or a long distance number, I can always here the other person but about 15 minutes into the call, I fade out on the other party for a few seconds but I can always heae them. I had a tech out here and he fixed the issue with the phone modem. I don't know if this makes a difference or not but I upgraded to ComCast Business internet deluxe 150/20. And it did not make much of a different. The only time I fade out to on the other party is from line 1 only. Line 2 does not fade out at all. I connected a cordless phone to line 1, a cordless by Motorola and I faded out on the other party. I do have a supervisor in the field tech coming today to make sure things are provisoned propertly. I do not believe it is the phone system it's self as the previous comment stated. When I fade out it's on the main base station and a wireless base station only on line 1. Even when I connected a basic cordless by Motorola in line 1, I faded out. I would give this system a try because I am not having any problems with the system, wired for the base station and wireless connections on the other phones. I may end up buit the 4 line system that has the auto attendant on every phone if you buy the model with the auto attendant however it will not work with the RCA 25260 model. The other comment before mine, he could have gotten a bad unit. March 11, 2015
        Rated 1 out of 5�by Poor Sound Quality There is poor sound quality. The phone cuts in and out. Believe the static on the line is caused by the ability to use wifi type connection with other phones in the office. It is definitely not worth the price. Wish I had not purchased it.
